Molnár Market

A buyer-and-grower marketplace for a co-operative of 210 smallholders, built for the actual network conditions of the region: intermittent, slow, and frequently absent for an hour at a time.

Offline-first was not a feature request, it was the whole brief. Listings, photos, orders and price changes are all written locally and reconciled on a conflict-aware sync, so a grower can list a crate of pears in a field with no bars and have it appear correctly when they drive home.

Shipped under the client's own Play Console account. We built the release pipeline, ran the first nine releases, then handed the upload keys, CI configuration and runbook to their in-house team in March 2026.
